If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchange
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Reason for return has to be either having a part damaged or missing.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
NOTE: ALL GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN CASH TERM as service is initiated and made.
If user insist to refund in cash term, only 95% of the product price will be refunded or 100% of store credit.
There will only be 2 exceptions that Alterseat (M) Sdn Bhd will initiate full refund in cash term when:
1. Alterseat (M) Sdn Bhd failed to fulfill delivery lead time.
2. Alterseat (M) Sdn Bhd failed to deliver item in good condition.
