You may have such questions to us about the tracking number from your email that showed “Tracking Not Found” and started to think that we give the wrong tracking number or is a scam?
Worry not! Our factory has been operated for more than 10 years and our one of our business core value is to maintain our customers’ trust!
Here, there are 2 reasons that the system shows “Tracking Not Found”:
1. In the midst CMCO, our shipping partners: J&T Express, SkyNet, The Lorry MY and Pgeon are having difficulties to operate as usual and hence affected the tracking update and delivery lead time process. Therefore, if you do not see any changes in the tracking system, please check back again in the next or 2 days later. If there is still not update of your tracking number after 2 days, please contact us.
2. Your parcel is still packing! We are still working hard in packing your parcel and haven’t hand over to courier yet. Some of us have been work until overnight just to make sure our customer to receive goods as soon as possible 😢. Allow us another 1-3 working days to finish your packing.
