1. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

We will require 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order. We deliver your orders by Posstore, taking an additional 1-4 business days to reach your doorstep.

*Note: If your delivery address is within the PJ and KL area, we will use Lalamove Delivery Service to deliver your item.


However, do expect additional delays due to FMCO.



2. How do I proceed with payment?

You can easily make your payment by Adding Item To Cart and pressing Checkout. Our payment options are FPX, Manual Bank Transfer and Credit Card (3% Transaction Fees).



3. Does Alterseat ship to East Malaysia?

Yes, we finally do! However, please note that delivery lead time will take 15-30 working days, and the prices are charged separately according to locations. Here is the breakdown of delivery charges to East Malaysia:

Sabah: RM130
Sarawak: RM150
Labuan: RM170

Express Delivery will be RM200 and above (depends on location) which takes 3-7 working days.



4. How do I receive updates for my Order Status?

Once we have delivered it out, we will send a tracking number or delivery date to your email. So do check your email for updates.


*Note: If the status shows up invalid, please check again after a couple of hours. The courier services might not have processed your item in their system yet.



5. How does self-pickup work? Where are you located?

Alterseat HQ location: B-1-20, Aurora Place Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur. 

Upon confirmation of purchase, you can choose the self-pickup option and schedule a pickup time with us.



6. When will out-of-stock products be restocked?

We are sorry if the product you are interested in is out of stock. It usually takes us a few weeks to restock. However, do keep a lookout on our social media or website for the latest updates.



7. How do I proceed with payment?

To proceed with payment, add your item to the cart and click "Buy Now." Continue with 'Checkout,' and there will be a step-by-step process.



8. Do you have a showroom we can visit?

Yes, we do have a showroom. Here are the opening hours:

Weekdays and Saturday: 10am to 7pm
Sunday: 10am to 4pm



9. Will shipment and deliveries experience a delay due to pandemic COVID-19?

Kuala Lumpur and Selangor regions will have no delays as Lalamove delivers your order. Other areas may experience delays as the item is packed and shipped by our delivery partners.
